Hey Yall!

It has been a great week, we have been busy, we had two trade offs
this week, I went with Elder Helmendollar on Wednesday. We had a great
day, good lesson with two of our investigators. Elder Helmendollar is
our district leaders companion, he is funny! Then we went with zone
leaders on Friday, that was awesome I was with Elder Johnson. He was
in my first area with me. Things have changed alot since then, he is
doing really well. He is a really great guy, lots of love and easy to
love. I learned a good little bit from him. Then we had a great stake
conference, we had some great talks that were basically put together
just for our investigator. All about faith and believing. He is
praying to know whether there is a God. I really feel that he will
come around. There is power in living the gospel, thats the most sure
witness we will receive. I beleive in the power of the atonement and
in the power of the Spirit. We were called up in stake conference by
president jensen to stand in front of the congregation and we have
alot of missionaries here! It was so cool! President talked us up and
also talked the members up about us. I pray that the Lord will bless
the hearts of the people here both member and non member to share the
gospel and invite others to learn it. The work is true! Have a great

Howdy Yall!

Hey Everybody, its been an amazing week here! My companion is still
sicky poo, we don't know whats wrong with him, but we will find out
soon! We had some great opportunities to find people this week. A guy
we met two weeks ago said he'd call us and invite us back, and at the
time he was joking saying, "you don't think I'll call you do ya?" and
he was looking right at me, I told him, I hope you do! He was funny,
we ended up getting a call from him just last wednesday and we missed
it but we went by friday to see him and he said he would come to
church with his wife and he said I don't know what it is about yall,
but there is something! It was so neat-o!! Miracles take place often,
I love being able to see them! I am learning more about the spirit,
and that certain questions don't need to be answered. All sorts of
things. I am so appreciative to God for His love and mercy, that
although he knows what decisions I will make he still lets me make
them and learn from them. The experience we gain is so important to
who we become. I know that God lives, that Jesus is the Christ. This
knowledge I am sure of. I love yall! Thanks so much for all you do!

Hey Yall!

It's been a great week! All better no more strep throat! We have had
some great experiences this week. We have a goal now! We are going to
start a branch here in Saraland. :D Members have been talking about it
for a long time but we are finally going to make it happen now. If we
show are faith and work hard. No doubt can exist. We have found a few
new great people to teach, lots of potential. We had a great turnout
at church on Sunday between us and the other missionaries, great
stuff! Elder Nelson is sick now but getting better. We had a great
fast sunday, we had some less active kids come back to church and they
want to prepare to serve a mission. They are so great, we are excited
the lucky city Elder's are the ones that get to work with them. Thats
okay we got plenty of work to do here. President Jensen encouraged
each of us to read over our patriarchal blessings again. I would like
to invite everyone else to do the same! :D Read it! I am loving the
Book of Mormon still, I just started 3 Nephi Lachoneus is king, he
gathers together all of his people and in spite of the huge band of
wicked gadianton robbers and the threats against their lives and
freedom and bribes to be apart of an evil organization, Lachoneus says
NO and gets his people together to protect their families, lives, and
freedom. Such great courage. I love the Book of Mormon and I know that
it is true. If not for the Book of Mormon I would not have the
testimony of Jesus Christ or the testimony of God that I have today. I
love it. It's true. To anyone that has read it, read it again! To
anyone that hasn't, DO IT! You don't know what you're missing. If I
offered you a piece of the most delicious gum in the world would you
take it? I would hope so, this is the best spiritual gum in the world.
Take my offer please! I love you all! I love my God and glory in His
goodness. I pray that all may feel of His redeeming love. Have a great

Hey Yall!

Sorry I was going to send the pictures but the email and computer
aren't making it easy. I will send them when I can, we had a great
week, we had some more stormy weather again, its been very overcast.
We taught the little man Dominick that wants to be baptized. He is one
super smart kid. We found a couple more very promising people. Alot of
angry people, there are definately people prepared to receive the
gospel. We had a great sunday, I got to give a talk about the Book of
Mormon. We had a guy we met come to church he is a member and he is
awesome. We gave Bishop a sweet card that we made, those were the
picutres I was going to send but that didn't work out too well. It was
really fun. I have come down with strep throat so I gotta rest today!
Blah! No good! But when I get better we will be out working! Thanks
for all you support, sorry I have been so short lately, I keep running
